The place was fantastic for our work group. Plenty of space, night hot tub, nice game room. Comfy beds and very well appointed! It was so nice to sit outside on the screened in porch each evening.

The Bees Knees!

Excellent properties for a large family with dogs. Beautiful, yet comfortable. The pool and game room were the perfect places for family fun. Great location, too. Within walking distance to downtown shops.

Two beautiful homes, beautifully furnished and decorated, with outstanding pool, secluded yard, and great game room for rainy days. Lots to do and see in Washington, an interesting community. Our family is unanimous in wanting to return!

Perfect gathering place!

Bees Knees worked out perfectly for our family! We were gathering as a multi-generational family to celebrate an engagement. The place was more than big enough, the pool was a hit, and we were able to really relax and enjoy being together. Thank you!

Bee’s Knees Weekend

We rented for a Bach weekend and we would absolutely rent again! The hosts were great with communication and had the cutest gifts for us upon arrival. The houses are beautiful and we were so happy with how big the pool was for a large group. Parking was not a problem at all for 6 cars in the driveways (3). Overall, definitely worth it and not far from wineries with the shuttles (set up beforehand)

Perfect stay

A great venue for an extended family get together. Plenty of sleeping and gathering space for our family reunion of 14 people ages 10 through 80+. The pool, hot tub, and game room were great for the kids (and adults), and the screened in porch was a favorite spot for grandparents.

Family vacation

It was a wonderful setting for our family to gather with grandparents, children and grandchildren. We had a great time and loved the kitchen. Plenty of space and the pool and game room were used alot.

A perfect spot for a weekend of activity.

We had a wonderful stay. We found everything we needed and more! The houses were very clean and the decor made us feel right at home. We were walking distance to coffee shops, boutiques, and the town festival that took place over the weekend. Thank you for such great hospitality!

Loved it!

Our family used both houses and loved our stay. The host was incredibly responsive - quick and helpful - before we arrived AND during our stay. We had adults, kids, and infants, and the house was perfect for everyone. The pool, game room, and sun room were especially big hits with our family!

Wonderful place for families to spend time together!

What a wonderful place for our families to meet and spend time together! The houses were immaculate, beautifully and thoughtfully decorated, and had modern updates while keeping the old charm. The amenities, like the pool and game room, kept all our kids entertained. Location was great for convenience to local eats. Our hosts were great with communication and even provided little extras. This property met and exceeded all our expectations!

Family gathering

The set up of the 2 homes is perfect! The hosts thought of everything, from kitchen utensils to the pool table in the game room! They were quick to respond to our questions. The pool was an hit and did not disappoint! Our guests ranged in age 3-68 and the homes were perfect. Enough room for all. The location is perfect as well. We could walk downtown for brunch or ice cream, or even to sit by the river. We’ll be back! Thank you for allowing us to stay in you homes!

So much fun!

We had a group of 15 (6 adults, 9 kids) that stayed at the Missouri Haus. To say we had a blast is an understatement! Between the pool and the game room, we always had something to do. The houses were so beautiful and well cared for. It was lovely to see the history of the home preserved, while also having modern amenities. The screened-in porch was such a great bonus to have for us adults while the kids hung out in the pool. The list goes on and on. Nat and Tyann were such great hosts. They were very informative and great with communication through the entirety of our trip. Any questions I had during our stay were answered quickly with a text or phone call. I felt like they genuinely cared about our experience during our stay and wanted it to be the best! This home really is all that you see online and more. We loved our stay and made so many memories. We would 100% go back and stay again. You won’t regret it!

Wonderful Stay!

We (there were 10) had a wonderful stay at the Bees Knees. The houses were absolutely beautiful and very spacious. The extra touches such as the wine and charcuterie boards were very much appreciated. The owners were great to work with. We arrived by train and asked for a spot to store our luggage and they were extremely accommodating. They even moved all of our bags into the house when it started to rain. They were extremely responsive. We made a request about the pool and within 30 minutes someone was there to help us out. Our group loved our time there and would definitely like to enjoy these spaces again.

Two lovely turn-of-the-century bricks with modern comforts (AC! Pool! Contemporary kitchens!) in a delightful small town on the Missouri River. Don't miss the bookstore, the Mosaic Cafe, and the many parks and playgrounds in this leafy green spot near country wineries...

Family Reunion

We had an awesome time at the Missouri Haus. Grandparents, kids and spouses, and 6 grandkids, a total of 17, descended upon the two houses onSaturday . Everything was perfect. The houses were comfortably furnished. Them bedrooms spacious and beds comfy. The house stayed cool in the incredible heat but we used the pool to cool off and play together. The bonus Game room was our go-to after dinner . We played pool, shuffleboard, cards, and games. We cooked all of our meals in the kitchen and barbecue grill and had all the necessary tools and kitchen gadgets we needed The location proved to be convenient too. We walked to the coffee shops and used the library often. A great little meat market called Williams Brothers turned out to be one of our favorite places. Angelina’s Italian deli was delightful. We will definitely book again next year. We all had a wonderful and memorable week. Thanks, Nate and Tyann for the great welcome treats. We certainly enjoyed them! Very thoughtful! Linda Brown.

Wonderful!

I would give 10 stars if I could. Our stay at Bees Knees was great! Both houses were just beautiful! Nicely decorated and equipped with everything you would need. The owners add extra touches that make the stay there feel extra special. The owners sent a welcome text and checked in to make sure everything was ok. We enjoyed our stay and hope to be back!
