This was by far the worst experience we have ever had with VRBO or Expedia.
The only good thing we can say about this place is that it is conveniently located. Everything else was a complete disaster.
This unit lacks the basic necessities for a comfortable stay, and the rental management company, Pure Voyage, repeatedly took as long as a week to reply to messages through the portal. On the rare occasions when we were able to get through to them, they promised to bring items we requested, but some of them were never delivered.
When we arrived there was no change of sheets or towels. There was no working coffee pot, no toaster, no cooking utensils, no potholders, and no adult-sized hangers. (They later brought more towels and hangers, but nothing else.) The unit does not have anywhere to eat - no table and chairs, no counter stools - except a very low coffee table in front of the sofa. The closet pole and kitchen cabinets are too high for anyone under 6 feet tall to reach, but there is no stepstool and Pure Voyage did not bring one.
There is also limited privacy in this unit, which fronts directly to a busy sidewalk. The large glass front door and sidelights are mirrored in a way that prevents people from seeing in during the daytime, but the interior is fully visible from the sidewalk at night.
Because Pure Voyage was so unresponsive, we would strongly advise against renting this unit, or any unit managed by Pure Voyage.
