Not accurate

Right when we came to the unit the door was unlocked and the pin pad didnt work. Tried reavjimg out for support asking someone to come to assist and instead they only told me whete the main key was. We had to secure the very loose screws on the door handle to the main door to keep it from falling off. Zero water pressure in the shower and none of us could wash our hair. I vacuumed right when we got in and the floors were filthy. There was hair in the bedding which was unclean..washer didnt work well amd dishes were dirty in the cabinets. Would not recommend thos unit. Not to mention rats running around outside and not accurate neighborhood description.
