The hotel is ideally located next to many restaurants. The staff were extremely friendly, knowledgeable and helpful especially Joel and the Concierge. Do be aware that renovation is going on and the main entrance has temporarily shifted.

This was our second time staying at this Grand Hyatt location. Expectations were met as always. Hotel probably very well maintained, staff very professional and helpful. The rooms are amazing and the bed feels wonderful. As a Hyatt member since 2018, I will continue to stay and support Hyatt properties.

Excellent long weekend stay. Clean, updated room. Great location with easy metro access. Wonderful breakfast buffet. What made the stay even better was the staff. The air conditioner was noisy; we could hear the occupants of the next room turning on the shower and talking. The lights on the bed platform were triggered by a sensor—even by the movement of the sheets. The curtains didn't provide total blackout. We didn't get any rest. However, the hotel is in a good location.
