This property was the perfect location for me. It was clean, the breakfast was awesome. The staff friendly. Getting to the airport in the morning was quick and easy. Plenty of dining options in walking distance. I didn't give a perfect for the "area around the property" because you can't control the common element anywhere in DC but I didn't feel unsafe at anytime. I will definitely stay here again when traveling for work.

It's ok but nothing special. A/C unit EXTREMELY loud. Lots of noise outside in the morning, maybe trash getting picked up? No in-house dining, breakfast very mediocre, typical hotel breakfast food. Indoor pool that seems to have no heat, as it was very cold! And of course, outrageous parking charges, which may be true of all the hotels in the area.
