Perfectly described

We were very impressed with this rental! The description is spot on! We loved being within walking distance to so much! The food is great and there is so much to do here. Never a dull moment. The space was extremely clean and the bed is so comfortable, just like it states in the description. We will be back!

Great Location

Fantastic location in Logan Circle. My only gripe is that the unit was smaller than it appeared in pictures, about the size of a hotel room with a small kitchenette. However, it was perfectly adequate for one person.

Perfect little place in an awesome location!

Other than it getting an email from the owner on check in with code to keys until 30 minutes after the time I was to arrive, the place was perfect! I sat on the steps messaging and then called VRBO helpline to finally get access to the apartment. There isn’t a number or letter that marks the apartment so that part was a little bit of a guess as well.

Great Location, Very Clean Apartment

Just off one of DC's main corridors made this a great spot for us. Of course, that means if you can't stand street noise up 'til 11ish at night, you might be unhappy. Plenty of eateries and a Whole Foods within about 3 blocks. And walkable to the Mall with all those great museums and monuments. Comfortable, if dated accommodations. Good air conditioning, lovely and well-supplied kitchen, good closet space. I do think it's time to remove the very dated, shaggy carpet and go with LVP or engineered hardwood. And the bath, while spotless, is tired. We would consider this accommodation again.

Better than advertised!

We had amazing communication prior to arrival. The responses were quick and helpful and I really felt like they went the extra mile to answer questions and help out. The basement apartment was easy to find and parking was easy. The apartment looked and smelled clean. Everything we could have needed or forgot was provided which made our stay so pleasant and stress free. The bed was comfy and we slept great! The location is wonderful! Steps from many yummy restaurants and a few shops. The bike share is just a block away which makes travel to the national mall and all other popular sites super easy! Because of the close proximity to a super popular road there is some noise occasionally from passer-by traffic but it didn't bother us but if it bothers you plan to bring a white noise machine or something. Overall id definitely book this place again!! It was GREAT!
