About this space
Remodeled classic DC row home, minutes walk from H street trolley, Stadium Armory Metro (Orange, Blue, and Silver Lines), The Fields at RFK, Heritage/Kingman Island, and a 10 minute drive to the Capitol. 3 outdoor living spaces in the quiet Kingman Park neighborhood. Secured by ring camera systems in the front and back. Come enjoy the nation’s Capital with easy access to outdoor recreation areas, with all the amenities of the city! 3 min walk to green space!

Pets are welcome, but there is fee. If you are checking out on a holiday, there will be an extra $40 charge for cleaning.

An amazing stay with Kyle

The property overall was super spacious for family and friends for a getaway from home. We really enjoyed cooking in the kitchen that had more than enough space and counter space as well. All the extra beds and covers was perfect for our family size. Kyle was super nice and made us feel much like family. Thanks again for an amazing stay 😊
