A new apartment-style hotel located within walking distance to metro station, Union Market, Union Station, and the convention center. Tons of restaurants not too far away. The room is huge, with plenty of amenities, especially in-unit washer/dryer. Also appreciate the smart TV and the full-size fridge. Service was quick, but the cleanliness of the room could be improved.

The staff there were very friendly in general, but especially the front desk attendant was extra helpful and had a nice disposition every time I saw her which was refreshing in the midst of the things I was going through (personally, not related to the stay). She was kind to my children and like I said I was overwhelmed the whole trip so staying here was a nice pause from chaos.

Very helpful, courteous, efficient work by desk staff, especially Jordan. We appreciate the location for many near-by shopping & eating choices, the travel options & the spacious room. Note:1 safety concern: hallway rug is trip/fall hazard. Noise issues: plumbing!!! & traffic (Are any spaces more quiet?)

The staff were all fantastic! The hotel itself is very nice with spacious rooms and a kitchenette but there’s a lot of homeless around, street parking was non-existent and there’s not a great spot for get in/out of an uber without someone honking or homeless approaching you.

The reception staff were all very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The room was clean and had everything we needed. The bed, including pillows, was comfortable and the shower was hot and powerful. Luggage storage was very useful and looked secure. Excellent tex-mex restaurant around the corner and the pizza take away a minute away was very nice indeed.

Overall, I was satisfied with the facilities the hotel provided. I especially appreciated the kitchen, which was fully equipped with all the basic utensils a family might need. During our four-night stay, the apartment was not cleaned, but this was not an issue for us since the kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom were clean and well maintained upon arrival. One drawback was that the reception desk was not open 24 hours; it operated only between 3:00 PM and 11:00 PM. Additionally, there was no security guard at the entrance. Guests must enter the building using a code provided at check-in. This is a serious concern given the surrounding neighborhood. The area around the hotel felt unsafe and uncomfortable. We frequently saw scary individuals on the sidewalk in front of the hotel. On one evening, a homeless woman suddenly ran toward my wife, screaming without any reason, which left her extremely frightened. After that incident, we avoided going outside after the evening. In summary, while the hotel itself was clean and well equipped, the neighborhood did not feel safe. Having a security guard at the entrance might improve guest safety and overall comfort.

The property was comfortable however the immediate surrounding vicinity left much to be desired. The liquor store nearby seemed to harbour homeless persons, loiterers and beggars. Also there was no area to pull into and pick up and drop off residents without blocking the flow of street traffic.

This place was amazing! 8 minutes walking distance from a good and big grocery store. Kitchen provides everything you need, including even spatulas and measuring spoons. Also, the management provides a small bottle of dish soap, a sponge, 2 dishwasher tablets, 2 tide pods for the washer and a roll of paper towels - so don’t bring your own!
