- This 2-story townhome requires 1 step to enter. Interior stairs are required to access 2 of the 3 bedrooms located on the 2nd floor. Master Bedroom is on the first Floor
Smoking is not allowed ($500 charge).
No pets allowed. Violation of this policy will result in a $500 fee.
City quiet hours are from 9pm to 7am. During these hours, please turn down your TVs and music and socialize quietly.
Guest Limit: Only registered guests are allowed on the property overnight.
Cleanliness: Please clean up after yourself and leave the home in good condition.
Trash Disposal: Dispose of trash and recyclables in designated bins.
