Such a perfect place to stay for the week. Just a few minutes from the closest Metro station to take you into the city. Juan was an amazing host and really cares about providing a great place to stay. It had everything we needed to make breakfast in the morning, clean up from the day being tourists, and rest our very sore feet from all of the walking and sightseeing we did. The fact that it’s a smart home was fun and a really cool added feature. Parking on site was a huge plus. Would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to others. Thanks Juan for a great stay!

Great stay overall! The apartment was clean, cozy, and offered plenty of privacy. The owner was super nice, friendly, and very helpful throughout my stay. I also appreciated the free snacks and the convenient location, not too far from the train station. Would definitely recommend!

The host and his wife were very welcoming, knowledgeable about local history, and informative of the best ways to “get around”, things to do and restaurants to try! The space was ideal for one person (the lounging/love seat area is really the only space not made for 2 people). The hosts thought of so many small touches that made the stay even better (cold drinks, snacks, menus, metro card, maps, etc). I enjoyed my stay and would stay again.

This place is well ordered, clean, and has everything you need for a good stay in DC. I appreciated how everything has its place and is labeled. The nice touches like the snacks, drinks, and metro cards made it the best. Juan was the best and really took time to explain the DC metro and how to get where I wanted. A great stay for one or two people. EV charger worked very well.

Host Juan was awesome. He offered great recommendations and was attentive to us. The place was as described. The neighborhood is not the greatest but it seems to be up and coming and it was quiet we did not have any issues here. It is close to the metro station that will get you to the museums.
