My favorite place to stay when visiting family in DC. Everyone is always accommodating and the rooms are huge. The beds feel like sleeping on a cloud.

My experience at the Ritz Pentagon City was really wonderful! From the time my husband and I checked in, Khan, at the front desk was really attentive and kind. He made sure we had whatever we needed throughout our entire stay, and the rest of the staff were very kind and helpful as well. The room was well-appointed and the bed even had Frette sheets which was a super luxurious touch that I very much appreciated. I will absolutely recommend the Ritz Pentagon City to anyone staying in the area.

The hotel staff was exceptional in their service, professionalism, and courtesy. The security and valet service were an extra plus. I also enjoyed the shopping mall connected to the hotel property.
