“Room could have been cleaner (sheets) . But not terrible …”

“This place was NOT clean!! The floors were not swept, mopped, or vacuumed. Everything was still dirty. The countertops had coffee on them the walls had spills and puddles on the baseboards. Bathroom sink and vanity not cleaned and hair and stubbles in the sink BUT the absolute worst part was when we pulled the bed down and the sheets were not washed. I swear to you there were so many pubic hairs in the sheets, a few regular long black hairs on the sheets and pillow cases and stains on the……

“One night two rooms, one tv remote did not work. Ac/heat temp panel was hard to read numbers. Bathroom light switch turned on fan too, not separate. One room had a bathroom light out. Beds were comfortable, they said they could open breakfast room a few minutes early if we wanted. Nice check in person. ”

“I booked at this property but had to cancel due to an emergency and they would not let me cancel. The property could not be contacted to even let them know what was going on. Do not stay at this hotel. A SCAM.”

“The property was okay for the price and had extensive pool maintenance taking place. I stayed for 3 nights and each night around midnight there were people slamming doors and making excessive noise in the hall (spring break was just starting so I assume that’s the reason). I will be returning to the area soon and will be looking for other properties but wouldn’t have problem staying at this hotel again.”

“The room looked clean, but it wasn’t clean. Moved the chair and there was dirt in the corner. The shower curtain was dirty at the bottom, there was only one towel and the hand towel was stained with spots in Expedia. It is advertise as pets were free and there was a full breakfast. This was not true. The charge for pets is $25 each and breakfast was coffee which was horribleand some dry cereal. False advertising I would not recommend this place to anyone.”

“Our stay was very disappointing. Hotel had a rating of an 8 but the whole 3 days we stayed there was no internet, no working elevator, on cleaning service,(had to take out our own trash), no linen exchange,(asked on day 2 for clean towels and were told multiply times the wash was not done and then several hours later told if we bring out towels to them they would wash. Also ants in the room and dresser taped shut so they would not fly open. Breakfast was good. ”

“Pool & hot tub were out of service. Breakfast was average. We booked through a third party so we’re placed at the end of the hall 2nd floor & heard a pipe/water noise throughout the night. ”

“We were put in a handicap accessible room which we didn’t need. It was hard to shower and I should have been told this is the room we got. They should offer a free breakfast like every other hotel does. ”

“It was hard to get the water to the right temperature for a shower it was either to hot or to cold breakfast consisted of cereal and fruit ”

“Very friendly & welcoming staff. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the hotel was quiet. Not luxurious, but perfect if you need a nice quiet comfortable affordable clean place to stay. This location was very convenient for me and I was pleasantly surprised. Will definitely stay there again!”
