The room seemed run down. Water pressure for the shower was terrible. When we returned to our room at close to 4pm, no one had cleaned our room but they wanted to do it then. Not convenient at all.

Washington Plaza Hotel
Staff members were courteous. Room was clean and quiet. I liked they have a bar and restaurant as well. The location is great, close to metro stations and accessible to any locarion in downtwon DC

First time at the CitizenM and my son and I enjoyed our stay. Real swanky atmosphere, colorful and eclectic. The bar was clean, the chicken nachos were good and staff were friendly.
