「The pillow had a noticeable odor from a previous guest, which is unacceptable and raises serious concerns on both cleanliness and the hotel’s standards. This falls below what guests should reasonably expect. The hotel needs to be more diligent and transparent in replacing bed sheets and pillowcases for each new guest. Additionally, the room was left in service with a cracked mirror, which further reflects poor maintenance and a lack of attention to guest safety and quality.」

「All good. This hotel is excellent value for money. A bit dated in need of sprucing up. Cleaned daily, towels changed, sheets changed and all bathroom items replenished daily. Staff very attentive and helpful. Breakfast selection very good and worth every penny. If in Khon Kaen again will definitely stay here」

「Late room service preparation for the customer check-in as informed at 14:00 hrs. We have to wait more than 30 minutes, we arrived the place around 15:30 hrs. but wait the room completed at 16:10 hrs.」

「簡單有效，雖然老舊但管理的還不錯 房門後面的感應器會強迫關閉冷氣是唯一的缺點，除此之外我覺得都還好 每天會送兩罐水」

「House keeping very poor had to keep reminding them to do the room . Noise level very load .2 night clubs near hotel. Music starts at 9pm and finishes at 3 am .if you lookong for a good night sleep not for you .i couldn't wait to leave. I will not be going back there 」
