“In 3 days at this hotel, I got neck pain and I’ve been sick for days since the AC stopped working overnight. When the dining room was suddenly full at breakfast, I was forced to sit outside in the cold (still sick) which made me worse when other tables were already done. There were tiny ANTS crawling inside the bed every night and most towels were dirty and stained. When I realized I was missing an item less than 24 hours after checking out, the hotel said they couldn’t find it but I only wore……

“Fabulous stay. The room was huge, comfortable, clean, and bright. The river view from the balcony was magical - one doesn’t even need a river cruise as the views from the room and Hotel itself are so good! The staff are excellent - they’re very well trained, polite, friendly, and efficient. Staff went over and above on many occasions and made the stay very enjoyable for us. The hotel is 5 minutes away from the main town centre and the hotel offers a free shuttle all day long to pick & drop. My……
