"Staff for check in and cleaning were very nice and had great service. Free tuk tuk rides to places closeby. Communication over text and email was a little slow though. Room, pool, sauna, gym and changerooms were very clean but the steam room was under maintenance. Not sure why the pool lights turned off at 9:30 pm but closed at 10pm."

"The front desk was very helpful. Rooms are okay. But, for an apartment, it has no utensils nor pots/pans. House keeping had to be reminded to clean the room. A few eateries and shopping mall were quite convenient. "

"Our stay was overall great with minor issues like a lot of working noise during the day making it hard to nap. The swimming pool needed some attention with only half full and water had bugs floating. The gym and equipment needs attention treadmills not working properly and shutting off on their own (not safe) bathrooms in both men and women’s never had toilet paper in them and no way to clean off gym equipment. The rooms were nice and air conditioning working great overall I would rate this a 80...
