“Very old-fashioned apartment, photos do not corespond with reality. Very poor equipment in the kitchen, even no knife for cut bread or vegetable. Bed very noisy, every movement at the bed makes nosie. Very tiny walls, you can hear everything from the room next to you. But nice pool and helpful staff.”

“Wir hatten eine Suite mit zwei Schlafzimmern und eigenem Pool. Es war alles sauber und neu und wir haben uns rund um wohl gefühlt. Als kleinen Verbesserungsvorschlag möchte ich persönlich anmerken, dass im Bad eine Tür oder Vorhang vor der Dusche nützlich wäre, da sonst alles nass wird. Das Personal war außerordentlich freundlich und hilfsbereit und hat keine Wünsche offen gelassen. Das Frühstück war super und das essen im hoteleigenem Restaurant war ebenfalls klasse. “The people and place were welcoming and helpful. From dealing with a medical emergency to finding a last minute ride to the airport, our hosts could not have been more lovely. They accommodated us more then enough and treated us like family/close friends. We loved our down time at the villa in the swimming pool and on the amazing verandas, and strolling the streets of the village throughout the day was peaceful and picturesque. The a/c splits worked well to cool most rooms, and the kitchenette……

“My stay in AneSea was amazing! The rooms were spotless, spacious, had all amenities you need and were very comfortable, with a nice balcony. The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything I needed. It was truly Cretan hospitality The location was convenient, always parking available, and the amenities exceeded my expectations. The breakfast was great. With plenty of options. I especially appreciated the cleanliness, the atmosphere and the attention to detail……

“Loved the balcony spacious area with seating. The room was very clean, staff excellent. Very centrally located. Tiniest shower/bathroom ever, but it worked out for the price. There was a very adequate kitchen to fix meals. Awesome simple place that was affordable.”

“Staff and food are incredible - massive shout out to Stella, Ionna, Pat, Vasilios and the guys from the bar - all great and couldn’t do enough. The spa is gorgeous with lovely treatments. Drinks are good but if you only drink premium branded liquor then expect to pay - the drinks were nice otherwise but we did pay in the evenings for a nice bottle of wine or premium cocktail. We will definitely be back as it was 100% a 5 star experience. A beautiful resort run by lovely people.”

“Zimmer war sauber und okay. Die Toilette stinkt leider nach Abfluss. Es ist leider einfach zu laut durch die Flugzeuge. Davon ist die ganze Umgebung betroffen. Das wissen die natürlich auch, aber tun nichts dagegen. Keine dichten Fenster, keine gedämmten Wände. Der Lärm geht komplett durch und man wird hier ständig durch den Lärm der fliegenden Flugzeuge gestört. Ich würde nächstes Mal lieber in irgendeiner Vorstadt von Heraklion bleiben.”
