"Room was absolutely beautiful. Housekeeping staff was so kind and pleasant! JC at the restaurant was so attentive and kind. Front staff were friendly and efficient. Was unfortunate that they were down 1/2 the elevators. That was my only negative experience. The hotel did let us know in writing "
"This was my second stay, and I will most likely return to EXchange Hotel. The staff was very polite and welcoming to us on both visits. EXchange Hotel certainly deserves its high ratings and serves an exceptional breakfast you want to include in your reservation. The facility is very quiet as we were over Pender St. on the third floor, and traffic noise wasn’t noticeable. Thank you, EXchange Hotel!"
"Very old, built in 1911, but very well maintained. Staff very accommodating and courteous. Rooms are quite small and elevator is super small, but it works and that's what matters. Lots of shopping, eating around. Very near cruise port and Gastown if you don't mind walking a few blocks. Definitely look forward to coming again in the future"
