"Great location right opposite the train station. Our room was facing the station so we did experience a bit of noise from traffic. Breakfast was really nice, plenty of choice. Not given 5 stars as they had a promotion advertised for a beer which was buy one get one free, but when I asked for it I was told the offer had finished, which I understand happens but they then didn’t remove the sign and it was as though they just didn’t want to serve us."

"Room quite sad. Lots of damage to furnishings and the wood by the window. Looks as if its probably been done a while ago and they have just left it. Room service not very universal, nothing much for children very limited with no standard room service options ( burger, club sandwich, nuggets things children would eat after a long journey). Found it quite unwelcoming as a family. Was expecting standard crowne plaza - this was not it."

"Good value and close to the station. 10 minutes walk to the old town.Automated check in was a bit off putting but there is someone to talk to and the computer did eventually allow me to check in 30 minutes early. The only snag was the luggage storage room which is accessed by a card but no obvious supervision of who does this so did not feel very secure."

"Great location just a few blocks directly down the street from beautiful central train station! Hotel was clean and breakfast was plentiful and tasty. Stay away from rooms with view to McDonald’s, as early morning deliveries are quite loud. Hotel staff is friendly and accommodating to requests."
