“Very clean and free breakfast”

“No pool and had to pay $15.00 to park one night. Construction made it difficult to walk to nice beach. Food was good, but they were out of yogurt and their cinnamon rolls.”

“This is a new property and it had a few tweaks that were needed. However, it did not interfere with my stay. Allow me to give kudos to the staff. The GM Darren, manager Juanita, and the crew Deana and Dana were amazing. Any issue was easily addressed. They made you feel comfortable, and their customer service felt like having a friend in the hotel business. The bed is cozy, and the decor is modern and simple. The hotel is located directly at restaurant and bar areas. Easily walkable to cafes……

“Stayed for concert. Staff was helpful. Room was nice. Will stay next concert.”

“Room was clean and the property well-located. Vending machines did not work. One had to walk next door to a convenience store. Kind of a two-star place, but good enough for me!”

“Pool area had reduced usage times and there was no hot tub as advertised. Staff on property were approachable but only going directly to and from property entrance. Property in general had obviously suffered significant storm or related damage at some point. Construction scaffolding substituted for stairways on beachfront side of 2 of 3 units. Advertised property exercise room evidently had been eliminated 2 or 3 years previously according to maintenance staff. Security entrance gate was……

“The attractions are great. But other areas have a lot of room for improvement.”

“The room was clean and the staff were helpful the balcony had a nice view and the air conditioning was great. But the bath floor had a soft spot next to the bath tub and pieces of wood from the door were falling off. The place could use a face lift.”

“The staff was rude. Everytime the A/C came on it smelt like mold. The shower curtain was covered in mold. The sheets had pee stains on them. There were permanent residents that blasted music all night long and the smell of weed stayed in the air.”

“Everything was good. Could of been real coffee, instead of machine coffee, but it got me through. Enjoyed my stay, would stay there again.”

“It was uninhabitable. My stomach hurt breathing in the filthy air while waiting in line to cancel the rooms I had previously booked. Even if desperate, I would not stay here. I cannot believe it legally passed permits by the city to house actual human beings. The lady at the front desk was amazing though.”
