One morning, I went downstairs and there was a basketball game on TV. I asked the wait staff if we could change channels so I could see more about the Iran/Israel issue that was unfolding. I asked if the person to switch to FOX news, she replied: "we are not allowed to show FOX news but should switch the channel to CNN". Second, both mornings of my stay, I left the hotel and a male with purple and green hair was stationed at the front desk. Is this really the first interaction you want your guests to have in the morning or upon check-in? Seriously?

Shannon at the front desk was amazing. I was having a rough time with my last hotel so I left it never will go back to it. Shannon took the time and helped make my bad situation into a great one.
