Smartflats Design - Bella Vita

3.5 star property
7.8 out of 10, Good, (16)
"These apartments are lovely. It's a development of new houses or apartments on an old farm school in Waterloo, of which smartflats have a few. They are big well cared for and very high quality, solid oak floors, good beds etc. The only issue is that the advertised pool is not in practice usable because it is available 1200-1400 so it isn't much use. Let's hope they get decent pool access sorted (I know they are trying) and then it will be brilliant"
