Waterloo Pet-friendly Hotel

"Front desk was grumpy and semi hostile, pool was down for maintenance despite an hour earlier promised to be open (which was the only reason we booked), bathroom door couldn’t be closed or locked, bed frame was a cot that nearly broke whenever sat on, tile was cracked, and the whole hotel really worn down and shoddy."

"Patch holes on the ceiling and walls. As soon as I walked in the room saw 2 roaches, 1 on the door and other by the microwave. Worst stay of my trip "

"Appliances provided: refrigerator, stovetop, microwave, and sink with dishsoap for washing up. Lots of cabinets for storage. Must bring your own food, utensils, pots/pans, and plates."

"Had a reservation, came in at 11:30pm and the place was locked up, no employees on site. Had to get a refund from hotels.com, HORRIBLE! No communication whatsoever from the motel. "

"Although the staff was very friendly and welcoming, my room was a complete disaster it was dirty with pee and pubic hair around the base of the toilet no microwave and the sheets had burn marks through them there was a substance all over one of the walls where the TV was looks like soda was spilled"
