"Two of the three elevators were out of order. The coffee in the room wasn't good. The buffet breakfast wasn't very good either; especially for the price."

"The room was okay for 1 or 2 people. The only downside for us was there was no kitchen or kitchen sink, there was just a mini fridge and a microwave. Dishes were there but no dishcloth or tea towel, plus you have to wash them in the bathroom sink (which was okay, and we did using a face cloth) but there was no counter space to put the wet dishes on. Upside was it had a nice backyard greenspace to relax in, a dedicated parking space, and it was close to many amenities."

"The Sandman Signature Airport hotel was great, but the free airport shuttle dropped us at the WRONG hotel in Vancouver. Who knew that there were 4 Sandman hotels there, and 2 were near the airport! The key word difference was “Signature” and even showing him my reservation didn’t make a difference. Cost me another 1/2 hour wait."

"Breakfast was great with extra cost. In the premises. We got two bedroom apartment with all the appliances incl. Laundry and dryer within. Convenient location with free airport shuttle adds the value. "

"The hotel had little "clever" unique signs all over the place that made you feel that someone cared about the hotel.... The room was surprisingly clean and the bed was very very comfortable.....the free coffee in the lobby was very good. And I was able to utilize the small "business center" desk to complete some work in the lobby area....the only drawback was the lack of a strong reliable wifi ."
