Watertown Hotel with Pool

"Staff not helpful at all. I reserved a king room, when checking in I was told there were only kings on the second floor and would have to use the stairs. My husband has lung cancer and cannot climb the stairs. I was told we would have to take a double on the first floor, I asked if I would get a refund for the difference in prices and she stated no because there is a king available on the second floor. This motel is not accommodating to people with disabilities. Also the room was not very clean, the floor was so filthy that my socks were black from walking around the room. Not a happy consumer"

"Beds were clean and comfortable, Breakfast is Not Breakfast do better in that area or don’t offer it. Parking was great plenty in the back. Bathroom walls filthy, ice machine leaked lots of water in the hallway. Lights in the hallways were seriously dark, which is scary. Overall for a budget this works in room bench or cushion was nasty. If you’re on a tight budget this is the place but the reviews don’t match the hotel. I booked based on proximity and reviews. "

"First of all I booked on Hotels.com and payed for the reservation. Upon arrival, I was charged again another $61. I showed the attendant my receipt from Hotels and he said I would need to contact them about the situation. Now all would have been fine, but the room was filthy, the lamp shade was bent over. To tell you the truth we were worried the bed had already been slept in. The outside of the place had horrible curb appeal; cars that didnt look like they didn't even run, parked in parking spaces. Honestly I think this was a low budget weekly. I would NEVER stay here again. My advise to anyone who's considering this place, to consider other options. Hope this was helpful."

"Absolutely disgusting hotel experience from start to finish. The WiFi and TV in our room didn’t work, and after calling the front desk we were told to “wait 45 minutes” for it to be fixed. After waiting, surprise — nothing was fixed. Instead of actually resolving the issue, they moved us to another room that was somehow even worse. The second room was dirty, had wet spilled drinks left on the table, and to make it even more disgusting, someone’s dirty underwear was still in the bathroom. Clearly nobody cleaned the room before handing it over to paying guests. On top of that, both rooms absolutely reeked of cigarette smoke despite supposedly being non-smoking. And the “continental breakfast” was a joke. The cereal was stale, the orange juice was warm, and the milk was lukewarm. Nothing about this stay felt clean, maintained, or cared for. For the amount hotels charge nowadays, basic cleanliness and functioning amenities shouldn’t be too much to ask. This place was unprofessional, dirty, and poorly managed. Would not stay here again and definitely would not recommend to anyone."

"Staff is very accommodating which made our experience better than expected. Breakfast was fresh and there were hot items to choose from as well. The hotel appears recently updated as well as our room. The room was very comfortable for our 2 night stay. "

"We were charged $16/day for parking - in an open, mostly empty lot!!! That is highway robbery. The room was a nice size with a separate sitting area. But there was duct tape on the carpet in both rooms. The bathtub was treacherous. High sides, extremely high shower head that I couldn’t reach to adjust. Only one grab bar that was on the back wall. Bottom of tub was slanted and slick. Bathroom sink didn’t look clean. We will NEVER stay in another Embassy Suites hotel."

"We came in late while on a road trip. Either the bed was extremely comfortable or I was exhausted. They even had firm pillows. Who sleeps on pillows where you head rests o. The mattress? The shower pressure was adequate. Breakfast was on par with other hot breakfasts at other hotels. Ill stay there again the next time i pass through Lebanon. "

"Breakfast was your normal hot breakfast served at hotels. Cinnamon rolls always good! They really need to clean the elevator. Very bad impression. I was tempted to ask if I could clean it. 10 minutes is all it would take No coffee pots in rooms anymore. Don’t like to have to get up and go down for coffee."
