"I woudo have given this property a 5 star rating except for some key factors. We arrived in the dark and the light in the hallway did not work, therefore we entered into a dark apt. There was a step down into the living room. 2 out of the 4 adults stumbled- 1 fell- almost landing into the stone hearth. A very dangerous situation. "Very cozy and clean. Everything seemed new and well taken care of. The gas fireplace was a nice extra touch, we used it every morning while we had coffee & breakfast. Location is very convenient, close to downtown North Conway and many restaurants. Wifi was a bit sluggish, but we were not looking for a "workcation" so we didn’t mind. "The cabin was everything that it claimed to be. It was easy to find, clean and extremely comfortable. It was located in the middle of the area that we were visiting for that part of our trip and easy to get to places we wanted to visit. It had everything that we needed for the two day stay."

"We liked the unit, clean & well maintained for an older home. There’s a hill you have to descend to get to the water but it’s easily accessible by well maintained stairs. The parking was not clear, as there was only one parking spot & we had 2 cars but there was a public lot very close by so not really a problem. We’d stay again!"
