My wife and I had a great stay. Everything was clean and comfortable. The location was absolutely perfect with a short walk to Watkins Glen State Park and all the shops and restaurants.

For those who like to hike the hotel is near Watkins Glen State. The hotel has an ice cream parlor it has a pleasant atmosphere . Contactless check in. Excellent communication.

Great location, okay room. Pretty clean but some maintenance issues (for example, outlet/switchplate next to bathroom sink wasn’t anchored and pulled out when unplugging hair dryer, only heat source was an electric radiator). Tiny shower, comfortable bed.

The place has great location and only a few minutes walk from the Gorge Trail. It is at the center of the nice town where everything is close by.

We love the place! It was so cute and cozy our stay at Watkins. The ice cream was amazing! It also walkable to go to Seneca Lake and the state park!

Very small dormitory like rooms. We were upstairs. The doors/rooms were soo close to the neighbors .. I opened ours and he thought we were in his room! Too many rooms in a very small area.

Poor service because of no office. Basic room with no blow dryer and a $20 heater on the floor. Bed was comfortable. Room is 12 x 12. Not worth the money.

Property is okay if you just want to crash for a night and leave next day. Do not expect much, bed moves wheels are not locked. You can hear people from upstairs move and one can hear footsteps clearly. Rooms in main building are nothing but refurnished rooms from old property. Again this property is okay for travellers who don’t want to spend much and just need a bed to crash for a night.

Great location for an event. However, Mattress was cardboard (went to Walmart to get a foam topper), tv was a computer monitor about 20 feet from the bed, ac was duct taped in the window. It was clean and the staff (or ice scream scoopers) were very nice. Just needs some tweaks to be a top notch place to stay.

I don't know the surrounding circumstances, but check in is DIFFICULT. There is no breakfast included. There is nothing special or fancy at all about the room. Wifi did not work. The mattress is low in the middle. We were a bit "under-whelmed" but it was sufficient and clean.

This was a cute Inn right down the street from Watkins Glenn State park. The room was very clean and updated. There is and ice cream shop right inside the Inn. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Very busy place. We got there early and they allowed us to park our car there so we could walk down to the state park. I would recommend this Inn . We were there for one night .

Never received room code upon arrival. Emailed, called and went to office. No one available to assist so didn’t stay. Should receive a refund as it wasn’t our fault!
