“We held a work offsite here and the property was perfect with enough rooms, individual bathrooms and unique places in the home to meet. The home is very spacious and the host was very communicative.”

“This is a lovely and surprisingly quiet little spot. My spouse and I enjoyed getting some much needed peace and quiet but we also enjoyed exploring the surrounding neighborhood. Plenty of places for dining and entertainment within a few blocks of the house.”

“Three of us women stayed at the house for a 3-day conference in Denver. Overall, it was fine. You can tell the owner is doing much work to improve the home. The beds were very comfortable, and the house's aesthetic was lovely. There were some strong cons, though. When we arrived, there were two face clothes, three hand towels, and three body towels, and no soap or shampoo as listed. The owner quickly replaced these items the next day with new items from the store. Half of the lightbulbs……

They were able to accommodate our early check in with ease even though it was made last minute! Good open communication very friendly/welcoming. The property was perfect for what we needed. we wish we were able to use the fire pit and hot tub but due to the Denver weather it snowed quite a bit but it was a beautiful space.”

We had some problem with first night check-in beacuse I lost the email about how to access the alley behind the home. Hosts came quickly to our rescue. Our stay was great.”

“Cute place! It’s a basement apartment with all you need to enjoy your stay. The bed is comfortable, tv works, we even had some complementary coffee. It is a simple place, but our plans were to be out and about for our stay, so it was perfect.”

“Not a bad property or stay, but be sure to read the description and unfavorable reviews carefully. We missed that it was a shared entrance that had you walking right into the host's living space and that there was not a separate thermostat. The unit was very clean, well appointed, and a good value. As others have previously stated, there is a drainage issue with the tub. Although there are signs posted in many places throughout the unit, we did not locate the wifi information until the 3rd day……
