"This place is a beautiful old factory, such good design and as an architect, I appreciate that. And only 2km from town. They also upgraded me and this has been my most luxurious hotel of a 2 week road trip"

"The property was well maintained and clean. The only issue I found was a small pack of tiny bugs by the sink. Not sure what they were but not enough to make me make a complaint."

"What makes This hotel amazing is the pleasant staff, always smiling, attentive and helpful as well as the cleanliness of the room, bathroom, kitchenette, lobby and gym. The suite was well appointed, everything you need for a few days stay is provided, two burners stove top, sink, dishwasher and full size refrigerator with ice maker. Utensils, dinnerware and cookware are also provided and very clean There are negatives like some of the movible pieces of furniture in the room are old and showing signs of wearing out and there is no pool."

"Our stay was pleasant overall. The only challenges were that the entrance to the hotel lobby was not very obvious, and the directions from the parking garage to the rooms could have been clearer. There was also a convention taking place in the lobby, which made it a bit crowded and slightly uncomfortable to walk through with luggages. Aside from that, everything else was great. Staff was friendly and location was convenient."

"Parking was secure, smelled like pee everywhere, trash in the lot, everything was slam packed. No parking control, came out to my car with 3 dings in it that were not there prior to our stay. The room was awful, crumbs in every corner. Sheets were stained, cockroaches / spiders in beds & bathroom. The whole room smelled like someone had just smoked 3 packs of cigarettes. Overall, a horrible experience. Would NOT RECOMMEND. "

"Not overly friendly staff. Lady was pleasant but rude all at the same time. The room was okay but the mattresses were old. The bathroom was rough all the way around"

"The hotel needs some help in the maintenance, cleanliness and food quality standard areas. The room was not very clean. From the window sills to the walls, it had dead insects on the window sills. There was stuff on the walls. (who knows?). The room that we were in as you look out had 4 transforms less than 10 feet from the bedroom window. The lobby has carpet that has many tripping hazard due to in proper installation. (ripples). Breakfast - Communal Milk and Yogurt (Not dated or labeled! In the state that we are from that is a Health Code Violation. The breakfast selection was not the normal from other Country Inns and Suites that we stayed. Staff were enjoying their morning meals taking up valuable customer real estate. The Front Desk staff were friendly and efficient at check in."
