“Wonderful place...perfect location! Very happy with our stay! The only thing to note is the parking area is very small, so anything larger than a midsize SUV will have to park elsewhere.”

“Room was clean, very close to the beach and shops… parking was a challenge as we had to drive around for a while to get a spot. We had 3 people and a small dog, loved the fact there was a tv in living room and bedroom… so pretty quiet overall but when the people leaving upstairs it sounds like a hundred people were coming in and out… but overall I would definitely stay here again… the price breakdown was the people who run it charge more than the people who own it… still was a good deal for……

“Wonderful place to stay! Beautiful view. The host were very friendly. House was clean. Enjoyed the private patio area and horseshoe pit. Rooms were spacious and for our family of four. I would definitely recommend for anyone wanting a peaceful beautiful get-a-way. We enjoyed popular nearby places to visit such as Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk, Capitola Beach, The Mystery Spot.”

“Discrepancies between listing on VRBO and actual accommodations: refrigerator and microwave were in a common area, NOT in the room, as listed. It was difficult to find the switch for the gas fireplace which was the only heat in the room and it was very cold, window open, when we arrived late in the evening (host was notified of late arrival.) The phones in the room did not work to call the front desk; I had to use my cell phone to reach them. Also, bed was hard; I realize this is a matter of……
