沃康达度假短租

“I never have been treated like this before. I had a paid reservation for four nights. I called about 4 PM to say we were running late... response: "No problem." I arrived at 10 PM to see a sign posted saying "Overbooked." I call the number and the response was "Sorry, there's nothing we can do. First come, first served." This is UNACCEPTABLE. Two other customers arriving after me faced the same dilemma. Warning: avoid this establishment like the plague!”

“Pretty average for extended stay”

“A very good property; clean, convenient, and quiet. The only thing lacking was a coffee maker in the room.”

“Good community”

“The unit is very clean and nicely furnished. Communication with the owners was fast and efficient. It should be pointed out that there is no formal dining or food preparation area, a fridge microwave and toaster are available, but that is the extent of the kitchen facilities. Our biggest concern was we had no cell service at all in the unit or on the property.”

“Parking was a problem ”

“These Hosts are Super. If you need something just message and they will bring it. During our stay the BBQ quit working and within a few hours the owner was back with a brand new BBQ and built it the same day. This place is centrally located to many different places we visited - Volo Museum, Six Fiags, Hurricane Harbour waterpark, Lake GenevaWe travelled with 2 teen and 2 adults. It worked for us. The kitchen haa excellent appliances. The only draw back is both bathrooms are on the 1st floor - no……

“Very disgusting wanted us to throw our poop paper in a waste basket and not flush it down the toilet told me that the previous people that rented took off with the key never changed the locks. Just had to deal with it. Very bad poor communication no information prior to arriving worst place ever.”

“Amazing stay, great host! ”
