“The location and view was great, quiet. Air conditioner didn’t work the second night it was 85 degrees inside, first night was cool outside so wasn’t noticeable. We didn’t get back till late so we didn’t bother trying to get help with it. No working lights outside, blinds are all broken, fridge/freezer not cold my ice melted over night. Rodent killer bottle sitting outside the door. I cleaned the dehumidifier filter as it was completely coated with dust. The ac head is dirty so it probably needs……

“The photos do not accurately represent this property's condition. We rented this home for a family vacation and were approved for an early 2:30 p.m. check-in.Upon arrival, the outdoor area was in a state of untidy and dirty neglect: dirty and broken patio furniture, a non-functioning grill, two broken pool filters, broken pool ladder, and a large pile of discarded inflatables under the pool deck. The hot tub was brown and murky following a chemical treatment and remained that way through the……

“We had a nice stay at Black Bear Cabin. Short distance to tourist attractions. Hot tub was enjoyed and the beds were comfortable. Some things that might help improve the stay for others would be: dish towels for easier kitchen clean up, ability to plug in deck lighting, hooks or shelving in rooms for towels and clothes, end tables in the queen bed rooms, and fresh batteries for basement remote. The kitchen had all the tools we needed for cooking. Great place for meditating and quality time. ”
