「Eric was very helpful. I had a problem come up that was unrelated to the Hotel room, but rather parking specific. He was able to assist me with it and it was very much appreciated. When the folks at the front desk are able to resolve problems for you, it makes you feel like you are valued as a customer. I cannot say enough about that. Eric was top notch! 「We had a great time at this villa. It is very cozy, with lots of outdoor space and a very nice indoor space. We especially enjoyed our time outside by the fire pit in the evenings and having dinner on the porch. Additionally, it is close to the pool, the Gardens, and town, which made our stay even better.
