Welcome to Studio C, a cozy 320 sqft. downtown studio apartment that has been completely remodeled to compliment the charm of our downtown area with exposed brick and all new appliances! While Studio C is small, it has the essentials and luxuries needed to make your stay comfortable! Weekly and monthly discounts are available!
PLEASE NOTE: Studio C is accessible by climbing a set of 20 stairs that may be a little steep for some and there is a handrail, however, if you have any issues with mobility, this studio is probably not a good fit. We do not own or have any control over the stairway and it is shared by other tenants within the apartment complex.

*Centrally located in the heart of Waverly and conveniently within walking distance to local shops, restaurants, the river and bike trail. The Cedar Falls UNI-Dome is just 20 miles away or Lost Island Theme and Waterparks are also a short drive at 20 miles away.

*Studio C is completely renovated, making absolutely everything in the apartment from the floors and electric to the decor and appliances all brand new.

*Fully equipped kitchen with cookware, utensils, silverware, dishes, etc. including a dishwasher and a counter height table for two.

*Paper towels, garbage bags, dish soap, hand soap, cleaning supplies, bath towels and toilet paper are provided but please bring your own toiletries.


Studio C POLICIES:
-No smoking/vaping and any signs indicating smoking/vaping inside the apartment or inside the building will result in a $150 fee.
-No pets
-No parties
-No tampering with the wifi, locks or camera as this will result in the immediate termination of your stay with no refund.

**We have one exterior camera in the hallway that records once motion or audio is detected in the hallway.
