Please do not walk down to the dock at the end of the road. This is private property of our neighbors!

PET POLICY
$75 flat fee for up to 2 pets per stay (must add pets to reservation)
All pets must be kenneled and house trained
All pets must be leashed at all times if outside the home
All pet waste must be bagged and properly disposed in garbage cans outside of home
All pets MUST be kept off the furniture and bedding
All guests assume responsibility for any damages or injuries caused by their pets

Use hot tub at your own risk. Host will not be held accountable for any injuries obtained from hot tub use. Ground and deck may become slippery when wet, especially during colder months.

GUEST RENTAL AGREEMENT
All guests must complete a Guest Rental Agreement, ID verification, and Security Deposit in order to receive Arrival Instructions. Details of the Guest Rental Agreement can be found in the House Rules.
