“we did not end up staying in this house. The owner first texted and said the bed arrangement was different than what was advertised. I accepted the change then about 2 hours before our planned arrival the owner text me and asks me to call him so I did. He tells me there is a terrible smell in one of the bedrooms that he could not find the source of but assumed it was a dead rodent. We declined to stay there and scrambled last minute for a hotel room nearby. The owner wanted us to cancel in the……

“When I arrived there was glass on the front lawn. The lawn needed to be mowed. The storm door was missing the bottom spring. There was a musty smell when we went inside. The hand soap in the downstairs bathroom was empty. The handle on the shower door was loose. The barbecue grill had two sides. The left side was filthy and the right side was rusty. I have used vrbo before and I was extremely dissatisfied. We were given two dish towels. The kitchen window was missing a blind as well as the back……

“The abode is located in the basement of a very nice home in a quiet neighborhood. It has a private entrance, very spacious living room and a small kitchenette. There was plenty of towels provided as well as an ironing board/iton, broom and vacuum. Since it is in the lower level of a home, you do have the noise of people above you but it was very quiet at night and in the early morning.It snowed while we were visiting and the host was so kind he cleared our walkway too. We would definitely stay……

There were comfortable common areas to enjoy along with the complete privacy of your own room complete with coffee, tea, and a personal sized refrigerator. The hostess had the option to take breakfast to go with many drink and food items to choose from. She even accommodated our dietary and allergy restrictions. We thought the breakfast sliders were amazing!”

This home was beautiful & clean inside, with all of the amenities of your own home! Comfortable beds, plenty of towels, stocked kitchen, furniture that just hugged you after a day of travel. Wish I could give more than 5 stars! Gorgeous horse farm with a relaxing, peaceful feel. ”
