Make sure to turn off the lights, air conditioning and any electronics when you leave the house. Do not forget to close the windows and lock the doors.
Report any damages and/or breakages in a reasonable timely manner. Damages up to $1,000 must be paid by guests and will be reported to Airbnb.
Please clean all dishes and place them in the correct spot before checkout.
Please strip only sheets, pillow cases, and start a load of soiled towels before departure.
