The Space:
The total privacy of Birdie is ideal for relaxing at home, while being just 5 minutes from downtown Weaverville and 15 from downtown Asheville. Perfect for families and seasonally decorated, this spacious four bedroom four bathroom home comfortably sleeps six adults and four kids. It features two master bedrooms with ensuite baths (one on the main level, one on the upper level). Both masters and the third bedroom have king size Goldilux beds with a quantum coil system and a cooling copper infused gel quilt. Luxurious sateen sheets and 2 sets of pillows offering different softness levels will ensure you get a good sleep at your home away from home. All bedrooms are separated by a bathroom and do not share adjoining walls. The bunk room has two sets of bunks and sleeps four people. Adults are welcome to sleep in the bunk room but please note the bunk beds have a weight limit of 200lbs. To sleep 12 people, 2 rollout floor mattresses are available upon request. Kid’s pack & play (with sheets), dinnerware, silverware, sippy cups and a high chair are all available.

This stunning farmhouse has been updated to be an ideal gathering place for families and friends. The large kitchen/dining area is well equipped for home cooking. With a spacious grassy yard there's lots of room to run around and play. The parking area fits four cars, with additional parking available at the bottom of the hill when needed. The Neighborhood:
Downtown Weaverville and its charming shops and restaurants are just 5 minutes away. The nearest grocery store (ingles) is 2.5 miles away. The surrounding area features beautiful rolling hills. Please note there is an industrial looking building down the hill within your line of site from the porch. While at Birdie you may see a fox, bear or wild turkeys roaming the area. Nearby activities include 6 golf courses, hiking, waterfalls, skiing, and sightseeing on the Blue Ridge Parkway. There are over 60 breweries to visit in Asheville, and 2 in downtown Weaverville. Explore Asheville’s incredible restaurants and don't forget to stop by Weaverville’s own Stoney Knob Cafe, Glass Onion Italian, and Yellow Mug for coffee.
