"Had the most wonderful stay at harborwalk Lodge. It's owned by the nicest and most accommodating couple, David and Patricia. Patricia is a chef and made us the most delicious breakfasts. The place is immaculate and is decorated nicely. We had the whole place to ourselves. It was so relaxing and had everything we needed. If we are ever in the area, we will be staying here. "

"The reservation for this booking was confirmed so I got on my flight to Houston. While I was midair ON THE DAY OF CHECK IN the reservation was cancelled because it was "booked by someone else" and the owners weren't aware. I don't really see how this could be possible but even if it was, it wasn't cool to cancel on me last minute like that. I got to Houston and had to scramble to find a place. I chose to stay in a home for a reason, so having to choose a hotel because a HUGE inconvenience. And,...

"I believe the person at the front desks name was May, so friendly and welcoming and we appreciate her help. Decided to stay an extra night and she made the process very easy and handled everything and then brought the new key to us. We have stayed here before and will continue to do so when visiting. Every time the front desk person has been very friendly and helpful. The hotel feels safe and is very quiet and comfortable, plenty of food options and stores nearby and it’s very convenient. "

Complimentary water on the floors you could help yourself to, large lobby area, very clean, room was clean although somewhat small and no refrigerator- minor issue, check-in and out was very smooth, we had our pet with us, and we could walk to where we needed to go. Parking right across the street and valet available. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. No complaints at all! Would definitely stay here again! "
