This property is well maintained and looks modern and clean in the rooms. The staff here are very friendly. The lady at the front desk gave my two daughters a special treat bag when we checked in. The staff who kept the breakfast well stocked were also very friendly as well as the staff who maintained the pool area. Overall was a great stay!

Freezer was dirty and bathtub was somewhat dirty. Housekeeping staff I interacted with wasn’t too pleasant. Pool was cold. Everything else was fine.

Neat and tidy with daily cleaning service, breakfast was great with nice woodsy view, step out the back and onto one of Rochester's ubiquitous walking trails we really liked this place, so quit and peaceful but just off a main highway.

This hotel is clean and bright. Room was very well lit with many options for lighting. Very convenient location; close to shopping and variety of restaurants. Front desk staff were very friendly.

Fine stay, staff friendly but bathroom not stocked enough! Only two towels and two washcloths for two nights. Also no extra toilet paper in bathroom and we ran out. Freezer in refrigerator was frozen so solid the fridge door kept popping open.

We were very pleased with the cleanliness and convenience of the Webster Hotel. An especially good perk was wonderful park that the hotel backs up to. The hotel had everything we needed and the breakfast was a nice amenity, too. Noise from other guests was a problem for a couple of the nights we were there. While I realize that's difficult for staff to predict or control, perhaps a periodic walk through the halls by staff would be a good idea. In our case, you could not have missed the noise from our neighbors.
