"Room was clean, staff were helpful and friendly, heater made a lot of noise and toilet was running but quaint little inn, comfortable bed and breakfast included. "

"My husband and I (and our dog) had a lovely three night stay. The hosts Amelia and Ron were so welcoming, and made us delicious breakfasts. They filled us in on the history of the Inn and the neighboring area. Our room was comfortable and cozy, and we enjoyed the hot cocoa and soft drinks that were always available. Just the post-Christmas getaway we needed. "
"Staying off season made this an affordable option for an overnight weekend. there are a lot of nearby restaurants, including one in the hotel. The room was extremely clean and heated floors in the bathroom where a luxury! I would highly recommend this hotel."
"Beautiful property in a great location—an easy walk to town. It felt warm and cozy for the holidays, with lovely winter touches throughout. Breakfast was nice, with a different featured item each day. We especially enjoyed the gas fireplace and hot cocoa bar.
On the downside, there is now a new “resort” fee. They attempted to charge an extra $27 per night even though my stay was paid in full months earlier. Because my reservation was made before the fee was introduced, it didn’t apply—but it’s still unclear what winter amenities would justify this charge."
"We stayed here during Prelude time and had the pleasure of being served by Carmen and her wonderful team. Our room was meticulously clean, and the Inn offered such a comfortable, welcoming atmosphere. The service was exceptional—from breakfast to the thoughtfully provided wine and snack options. We are very much looking forward to our next stay!"
"We stayed for a girls weekend to enjoy the Christmas prelude in Kennebunkport! The condominium was well appointed, beds were comfortable and the condo was spacious enough for the 4 of us. We were able to walk to downtown Kennebunk and enjoy a nice dinner. We were able to take a cab to Kennebunkport for the winter prelude. It was nice to be able to come back to the condo and relax and regroup before heading out for more activities. Great communication with the host who was very receptive to all our questions. We hope to be back again one day."
