My family came here to have a mini vacay, and this property did not disappoint!

The rooms were spacious, the kids loved playing in the water, the weather was nice, and the pavilion was perfect for my family's mini vacay. The neighbors were kind and helpful. Overall, we had a great time, and I would highly recommend this house for a relaxing family getaway!

Great family weekend

Had a group of family friends and kids for a weekend getaway. Really enjoyed the views, playground and quietness of this cabin. Plenty of space for everyone and the kids had a blast running around outside and at the playground.

Fun Family Spot

We traveled for a quick getaway and enjoyed this property. It's a great location for kids. Easy access to the water. Kids loved the playground. Very quiet area even though other homes are around. Would definitely recommend!

Great relaxing trip

Our stay at the cabin was wonderful and just what we were looking for at this time. We had some days that we didn’t leave the cabin and just relaxed by the fire pit and other days when we drove to the local parks for some hiking trials and waterfalls. The town of Wedowee is tiny and quiet, but the cabin is extremely close to the grocery store, drug store, and a few local restaurants. Overall we had a wonderful stay!

Winter retreat

In all the house was nice. Cleanliness could have been a lot better. The upstairs bath had water plugged in it with mold floating and found previous guests things under bed upstairs. The beds were LOUD. Disrupted sleep for others every time you rolled over. But all in all ok.

Awesome retreat

We were looking for somewhere to go and do absolutely nothing for a long weekend. This place fit our needs perfectly! The house is well setup and very comfortable. We had cool rainy weather, which was ok with us, we spent most of time out on the back porch. We will definitely be back at some point.
