Lovely overnight stop

We stopped for convenience on our trip but it was a nice surprise. Rooms and bathrooms quite modern, nice bonus was free items in the minibar. In all it was a nice stay and would stay again if was passing that way.

Outrages, I booked for one night. However, when arriving the owner did a wrong booking and had no room for me, when I arrived at 21:00. However, he kept the payment and didn't return or contacted hotels.com to confirm he made a mistake.

Gastvrije mooie plek!

Zeer mooie gerenoveerde kamers, met al het nodige comfort, gelegen in rustig deel van het stadje, leuk restaurant terras waar je rustig kan eten en hulpvaardig personeel!

10 av10 på maten, renligheten, rummen & personalen

Vi stannade bara en natt eftersom vi var på genomresa men vi hade helt klart kunnat stanna 2 veckor på det här hotellet. Det var otroligt rent, sköna sängar, stort rum och väldigt trevlig personal. Vi åt middag på hotellet och det var magiskt gott. Vi var 3 personer och alla tog olika rätter och det var bland det godaste vi har ätit. Vi rekomenderar verkligen det här hotellet.

PLAINTE POUR ANNULATION INJUSTIFIEE

Je suis arrivé à l'hotel et on m'a dit que ma reservation avait été annulée par Hotes.com ou Expedia. Je n'ai eu aucun email ou notification de la part de Hotels.com à ce sujet. De plus, l'hôtelier m'a dit que ma carte de crédit n'allait pas être débitée et le lendemain, je constate que j'ai été débité de 104,35 Euros. Je rappelle l'hôtel le jour d'après et on me dit que celà doit être vu avec Hotels.com directement. ALORS COMMENT JE FAIS POUR RECUPERER LE MONTANT QUI M'A ETE DEBITE? POUVEZ-VOUS DIRECTEMENT ME REMBOURSER SUR MA CARTE DE CREDIT? Der er ingen reception på stedet, så man skal ringe på døren. En medarbejder dukker op og åbner for os og skal næsten til at give os en nøgle. En anden familie ankommer, men de bliver først afvist med beklagelse om, at der ikke er plads. Den anden familie ringer på telefonnummeret ved døren og taler med manageren. Og så ændrer medarbejderen, der nok mest er en “key keeper” fremfor en receptionist, mening. Hun giver en nøgle til den anden familie og afviser nu os med et “tut mir leid,” trækker på skuldrene og skynder sig at forsvinde ud af en dør. Nu forsøger vi at ringe til samme nummer, men ingen svarer. Så nu står vi kl 21 efter en lang køretur og med to trætte børn uden hotel. Og ingen hjælp. Vi kan ikke en gang låne et toilet til børnene, inden vi skal køre videre, så de må sidde og tisse bag en bil på parkeringspladsen. Vi finder selv et nyt hotel et andet sted og kører yderligere en time. Efterfølgende er betalingen, der også var ikke-refunderer, allerede hævet fra mit kreditkort, og nu skal det tilsyneladende tage Hotels.com flere dage at føre pengene tilbage, selvom vi nu har betalt for en ydelse, som ingen har leveret. Bl.a. fordi de kun kan kommunikere med hotelmanageren via mail, da han ikke kan tale engelsk i telefonen. Bl.a fordi vi bliver bebrejdet, at vi ikke som det første efter afvisningen kontaktede Hotels.com (vi havde andre prioriteter en sen aften med to trætte børn og ingen hotel!) Så en meget uprofessionel oplevelse!

Schöne Pension in romantischer Altstadt

Sehr schön eingerichtete moderne Zimmer. Gut ausgestattet. Gut gefüllte Minibar, Wasserkocher mit Kaffee und Tee. Gutes und bequemes Bett mit zusätzlichen Kissen. Sehr schön gestaltete Dusche/WC. Alles top. Hervorragendes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.
