Our house, quietly situated on the edge of the vineyards in a cul-de-sac and only 50 metres on foot from the Swiss border, offers you an exceptional experience. Thanks to its unique position, you can enjoy a breathtaking view, especially from the balcony, which offers an unrivalled panoramic view of Switzerland and France.
Inside the house, you will find an exquisite interior that leaves nothing to be desired. The spacious living and dining room is fitted with panoramic windows, allowing daylight to flood in and the view to be enjoyed without restriction. The kitchen impresses with its luxurious equipment including an induction hob, teppanyaki grill, combi steamer, oven and a Sub Zero fridge. A large bedroom with a 180 cm double bed, a children's or guest room with a 140 cm bed and a large sofa bed with a 160 cm bed ensure your peace and quiet. A guest WC and a bathroom with shower, bath and WC complete the exquisite interior.
The outdoor area leaves nothing to be desired and offers complete relaxation and privacy. The balcony on the living room level invites you to linger with its marvellous distant views and a high-quality Napoleon gas barbecue. One floor below, a garden level opens up, which can be reached via three staircases. Here you will find a luxurious, large pool (10m x 4m), which has been heated since October 2023, with a sun terrace and covered terrace for your exclusive use as guests.
