「This 3-star hotel may not have all the lavish amenities of a 5-star but they do they essentials with quality and excellence. We stayed in the business twin room and found it well equipped, with comfortable beds and a spacious bathroom. The space was thoughtfully and efficiently laid out. The decor was tasteful and everything was sparkling clean. We also enjoyed the breakfast with its large variety of dietary options. Highly recommend!」

「位置優越：鄰近火車，巴士站，到城內觀光購物亦十分便利。 服務一流：入住前曾向酒店查詢有關早餐的安排，很快就收到Jessica的答覆。入住當天收到一份有關火車延誤的意大利文電郵，所以向前台Victoria查詢，她不但給我們很詳細的解釋，而且將電郵打印一份並用螢光筆標示重點，以方便我們使用，這種服務實在貼心。 早餐一流：餐廳平時供應咖啡等飲品及小食給住客享用，早餐內容非常精彩，服務員招呼周到。」

「I left my phone on shuttle to hotel and 2 reception desk ladies helped me contact the company to find my phone which I was able to pickup the next day. Being outside of the US their help was tremendous! Sorry I don’t remember their names but they were working the front desk Monday Oct 13 around 5pm (1700).」

「I didn’t like people in the dorm room on the 3rd floor talking and dancing till 11:30 pm. I could hear all the noise from these younger kids laughing and running around the hotel, with no authority around to tell them that other guests are trying to sleep. 」
