「Best part of the experience
Clean room and attentive staff.
Areas for improvement
Frequent electricity power cuts, wall plug sockets not designed optimally. Doesn’t include breakfast like most hotel at this price.」

「Great location and hotel design but terrible terrible terrible customer service because the hotel management is sorely lacking any systems to ensure a good stay. There are so many issues here - the staff don’t seem to care, drink and food orders never arrive, despite repeated requests and even the offers of free food from management to address the issues experienced didn’t arrive. Many customers are experiencing the same issues. Definitely not worth the cost, stay elsewhere! 」
