“Great location right across from Noons Landing, two minute walk to the beach. The condo is very well equipped. Mattress is super firm. Shower is good. WiFi is fast. “Very cute & clean studio size cottage with private patio in Dennis Port! Location is wonderful as you have plenty of beaches, restaurants, and shops within walking or very short driving distance. The cottage was the perfect size for my boyfriend & I. The property owner Neill was always easily available to communicate with & we were allowed to check-in early which was great!! Overall, a perfect cottage & great stay for the two of us! ”

“The property was just perfect! It was a girls' trip for 2 of us. The condo was set up perfectly so we each had our own space. We picked up groceries and had mimosas and bagels on the balcony over looking the ocean every morning. We went out exploring during the day and ate charcuterie and wine on the balcony every night. “Check in and parking was easy and the condo felt very spacious even for our family of 5. The AC worked great even in the August heat! This location can’t be beat. Beautiful views and beach just steps away and plenty of restaurants and shops 5 mins from the condo. The neighborhood was also great for morning walks. Loved that the kitchen was fully stocked with odds and ends- seriously anything you could possibly need- and cleaning supplies and paper goods were readily available. The only downside……

"AVOID THIS HOTEL One of the towels provided had a brown stain that was extremely ugly (doubt it may be undesirable marks, with a bad smell). What's worse is that I discovered it after shower when I was using it. This was unacceptable, especially for an esteemed vacation house like this. When I reported the issue to the front desk during check out, I received no apology and was told that no compensation could be offered because the booking was made through a third party (on Expedia), and the front desk could do nothing about it. He said he would report to the manager, and I received no follow-up. I find this response both unprofessional and disappointing. I also wrote an email to the management team and received no response. The general experience was unpleasant. I hope I can receive proper settlement from the hotel management team."
