Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a tough week for us. The beds provided did not match the description (3 queens were advertised, when it the house had 2 queens), One of the queens was not usable and the mattress had to be replaced, the house was not well-cleaned upon arrival, green plastic covered the porch railing and had disintegrated into pieces along the entrance to the house, the branches on trees were overgrown - causing early morning activity from squirrels on the roof, etc... The management company sent the cleaners back to the house and arranged for the mattress to be replaced on our 3rd day - it would have been good if they had noticed that the beds were incorrectly represented on the house description and arranged for some kind of compensation.
