“We loved the location as it was close to my husbands parents and plenty of shops and restaurants are close by. The space was great, as was having a washing machine and dryer as we were on a 3- stop holiday. We would suggest perhaps fitting darker curtains or blinds on the windows at the front of the property as the location is quite light even late in the evening. Otherwise lots of great facilities. Thank you!”

“The apartment is just as described- except … no words can describe the comfort of a home. Walking in and at first look, we immediately felt at home. The furniture is comfortable and clean. The amenities are thoughtful and helpful: coffee, laundry, milk, snacks, and toiletries. The TV, while not used but once, was a welcomed respite from our exhausting day of fun in Wellington. The host was very responsive and communicative. Great walking location to restaurants, waterfront, and museums. About……

“We enjoyed our stay, the location was close walking distance to the shops and restaurants on Cuba St. The unit was a little tired and not terribly clean. The heat pump control did not work and the property managers said they would get to it after our stay ended. Fortunately there were electric heaters to keep the place warm. The place was ok, but lacked warmth (literally and figuratively). We would not stay here again.”

“Delighted with the location, was with my sister and the two very comfortable bedrooms were perfect for our 4 day stay. Very nicely furnished with lots of cupboards and seating. The kitchen was well appointed and the dishwasher was appreciated. Everything worked and the shower and bathroom was clean and spacious.”

“Separate lounge and bedroom. Bed is beside wall. Separate toilet and bathroom. Good kitchen. Parking is off site but only 100m away. Very comfortable place to stay. Nice quiet location”

Our only regret is that we were not able to stay in Wellington longer. There was plenty to do, including some amazing walks. We would certainly seek out this property again on subsequent visits and will happily recommend it to others.”

“You cannot better the location!!! We went swimming every morning and walked all the local walks. Great food shopping close by and the best coffee outlet (Havana) only a few doors away. Humble digs but absolutely everything you would need for a few days exploring Wellington. Thank you Dave for letting us stay with you.”

“It was good to be able to have a parking place in the middle of the city. And the price was good. The owner did contact us and show us how to navigate the parking. The location is very convenient. Managing the walking route through the hotel does take a little bit of figuring out. That is just Wellington and nothing to do with the property. There were instructions. There is a convenience store nearby for essentials. We would stay there again with no problem.”
