“My husband is staying in Jupiter for spring training and I booked this hotel for one night for a little get away for us in West Palm Beach. It was perfect and beautiful. "I was bitten by bed bugs and had more than a dozen wounds. I have photos and videos. No apology at all. Their manager is really terrible. This is the first time I have encountered such a dirty hotel. On the third day, I found 8 bed bugs. I don't want to be bitten anymore. I will change to another hotel immediately."
